Newsletter Issues with Images

Unfortunately the service we use to send out our newsletters, Constant Contact, is having some server issues and some of the images are not appearing in the newsletter email. They are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. As luck would have it, the problem started after I scheduled the newsletter to be sent!

Please try again in a little while. The email retrieves the images from their servers, so once they fix the problem you should see them in the email.

Ranger Products Showcase!

We are so excited by all of the positive responses we have received about our first event May 31st!  It will be here before we know it.  Just a reminder that registration for this event closes on May 23rd, so if you haven't registered for classes you want to take or if you haven't reserved table space, click the register link or the picture below to go to the registration page on our website.   Click here to register

You can sign up for dedicated craft table space to sit with friends and work on projects, and there are two classes (Lori's class in the morning and Maryellen's class in the afternoon:

 Speaking of new products, we wanted to get a newsletter out to give you a sampling of some of the new products we've been receiving.  We will be sending out newsletters a bit more often leading up to the event to showcase other vendors. 

This week's newsletter will focus on just some of our Ranger Products!!  In the coming weeks, we'll focus on our other vendors including Lawn Fawn, Elizabeth Craft Designs, Bo Bunny, Sizzix, Hero Arts, Impression Obsession, Graphic 45 (just to name a few)!

Tim Holtz has introduced 12 new colors to the MIni Distress Ink Pads!  Add to your growing collection of convenient stackable 1" x 1" pads with these 3 new versatile kits just in time for Spring!

What better way to color the edges of your products using these ink pads than with Tim's Mini Ink Blending Tools!  I love the fact that you can change out the foams so that you can use different ones for different colors.   Who says I am OCD??  :-)

  

TIm Holtz Sizzix Dies - Tim has come out with many new dies, here are just a few of my favorites!

New Decorative Strip Dies

5 New Functionality Frameworks - I had the opportunity to work with one of these in his class, it was so much fun to first cut out the Framework and then to also use it again to cut out interesting colors to fill in parts of the Framework (especially the mirrors)!

 

Wendy Vecchi - for those of you that like the larger Archival ink pads, we have all 6 of her new colors in stock!

One of my favorite projects was this one I made with Dyan.  When she first showed me how to use her ink sprays the engineer in me got uncomfortable with all the spraying and missing parts on the paper and splashing that onto another watercolor paper - OH MY!  But when we were done, I felt like a 7 year old girl that had just played with finger paints, only this project came out so much better than the ones my Mom graciously stuck on the fridge!!

Dyan Reaveley's Dylusions Ink Sprays

I can't wait to play more with Dyan Reaveley's Dylusions Ink Sprays, here is what I made with her in class. At first it felt so uncomfortable for me to be mixing colors and blotting them off to another sheet, but when the end result came together, I was fascinated. This is another one of my favorite things and the possibilities for creating beautiful unique papers is endless!

 

Make and Take for the May 31st Event

Here's a picture of one of the Free Make-and-Takes I'll be doing on May 31st. I really LOVE Elizabeth Crafts and meeting the owner, Els, was a real treat for me. Her stickers are stunning paired with the microfine glitter and Copic Markers. Looks like stained glass!! She even has new fancy border die cuts that are shown in the patterned flowered paper around the edge. GORGEOUS!!
