We want to take this time to wish all of you a wonderful Holiday Season!

As a reminder here are our Holiday store hours. 

Holiday Store Hours:

Closed: Thurs Dec 24, Fri, Dec 25 & Sat, Dec 26

Regular Hours resume: Tues, Dec 29 & Wed, Dec 30

Closing early at 3PM: Thurs, Dec 31

Closed: Friday, Jan 1

Regular Hours resume: Sat, Jan 2

The Holidays are a time for giving and thinking of others in need and our customers are no exception.  We want to thank each of you for your help with the various charitable events we’ve participated in this year.  We have our Cards for a Cause which was a great success with many gorgeous cards donated.

Also, our Stamp Clubs participate each year in making donations to a local women’s shelter.   As Lori states: “We all donate various toiletry
items - shampoos, lotions, toothbrushes/paste, Q-tips, chapstick, soaps,
etc. and make up little gift bags that we donate to a women's shelter.
For the past two years we have made our donation to the House of Hope in
Lowell. This year we made just over 40 bags.”

The picture is of the morning club, but the night club participated as well.

Love is in the Air

We are excited to announce that our very own Lori Champine has been chosen as a member of the Memory Box design team!

Their upcoming release “Valentines Studio” is the debut of her cardmaking talents on the company’s behalf.  She is basing her January class on the beautiful samples that she made using these gorgeous new stamps as well.

Give Ink About It a call if you’d like to join Lori in this class which is taking place on Saturday, January 30th from 2-4 PM.  And of course, Ink About It will be carrying these lovely stamps for you to use in making your own wonderful designs!

Don’t wait for Black Friday!

Cards for a Cause

It is time for our annual Cards for a Cause!  

For the past several years we have been collecting donations of handmade cards which are sold at a charitable event organized by Karen's son, Kyle Provost, through his group-Friends Against Violence. 

If you are interested in donating cards (envelopes included) for this event, please bring them to the the store by Wednesday, Dec 3rd. 

It's most helpful if you can group your cards/envelopes in batches of five and tie them together with ribbon. This year all proceeds will go to Rosie's Place of Boston, a shelter that provides a safe and nurturing environment for poor and homeless women, including those affected by domestic violence.

Altered Art Show!

Join us as we celebrate the talents of eleven local artists with a free showing of their unique art pieces -two days only- at Ink About It.  These altered artists have been gathering  monthly for the past several years to create, support and inspire one another.

Last year’s show was so amazing and this year promises to be the same! 

Stop in to see their work this Friday and Saturday during our regular store hours.  You will be amazed and inspired.

We are excited to announce that we will be having a trunk show from Artful Illusions Trunkduring the Altered Art show!

The trunk show will feature their unmounted rubber stamps.  This is a new vendor for us and we think you will just love them!

Christmas is coming

I know it’s a little surprising to see the Christmas and other Holiday decorations up in the Malls already but as we crafters know, it is never too early to start those Holiday cards!

So with that in mind, Ink About It has begun to fill our shelves with all kinds of wonderful Christmas and Holiday papers, stamps and other products for your crafting needs.

Come check out this new line from Cosmo Cricket.  It has a fun retro feel to it.  The papers are versatile with snowy themes and great colors!
